Can't sleep....?!


Question: Can't sleep!.!.!.!.!?
I've always had trouble sleeping at night!.!.!.!. I don't know why!. I hate being the only one awake in the house so after an hour or two when everyone else is asleep I freak out and start crying and start pacing and just make it worse!. Does anyone know any good tricks (other than medication) to help me calm myself down at night!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

find other things prior to bed time to calm down!. If your mind is racing that will definately assist you to avoid any sleep!. You may need to try medication to just start out a sleeping pattern!. It does not mean you have to stay on it!.!.!.you could just so to speak train your body to start that pattern!. If not though you could try bathing at night with lavender, listen to soothing sounds (without lyrics), read, do not eat atleast a few hours before bed, or try meditation!. Relaxation methods before bed will help!. Also maybe attempt more of a fitness routine too during the day to exercise your body and get fit and have the opportunity to wear yourself out a little then maybe you will even be more sleepy during the evening!. Do not nap during the day either when you are tired from not sleeping and hold out to the night!.!.!.!.you may just get used to a routine!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try time released melatonin!. It is natural and is what your body normally makes to help you fall asleep!. The non time released melatonin will make you fall asleep, but you might wake up again in a few hours!.

Also get a good set of earplugs!. They will block out external noise you might not even be aware is keeping you awake!. There are also breathing exercises that help you learn to relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same problem!.!.!.except instead of pacing and crying i stay up late and give up on sleeping and get on aim and text my boyfriend all night long and end up SUPER tired the next morning!.
haha
but the basic things to try would be
no caffeine after like 7ish
try sleepytime or noncaffeinated chamomile tea
and try getting alot of excercise during the day so that youre physically tired when you go to bed!.!.!.

Maybe look into some natural ingredients that help calm your body down: melontonin, etc!. There are other herbal remedies that help: tea, stuff for bath, etc!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
