How to feel better without sleeping?!


Question: How to feel better without sleeping!?
Well today I had swimming lessons and really pushed myself!. I kept kicking like the instructor told me to and was extremely tired afterwards!. When I was dressing, I was really tired and now I feel like throwing up and my eyes hurt and my head hurts and I'm cold and just feel absolutely terrible!.
Is there a way or anything I can do to feel better without sleeping or taking a nap because it's still the afternoon and I have stuff to do soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try taking a warm shower, and slowly taking it to a cold shower!. It messes with your nerves and stimulates you to feel calmer, and more awake!.
Drink something like sweetened tea or coffee if you must but avoid taking the "8 hour power* things!. Also, stretching is good for feeling better, and taking a couple of Ibuprofen or Advil always works for me, without making me drowsee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have stuff to do soon, I'd suggest you just miss it!. I mean, really, a good night's sleep is the ultimate cure!. You can also go for drinking tea or trying to take a bath with some soothing oils (if you don't feel sick)!.

A nap is fine to take, as long as it isn't over 45 minutes!. I suggest 30 to be the max though!. If you sleep any longer, you'll have that disgusted feeling you get after a long nap!. You should feel a bit refreshed after that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
