How long will my sprain last??!
Question: How long will my sprain last!?!?
I sprained my ankle 4 days ago!. I was given a brace and crutches at the hospital!. I can put some weight on it now, but still can't really walk!. How long does this last before I am normal!? This is driving me crazy chasing kids and getting around without being fully mobile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used a cane when I had a sprained ankle, it is a lot easier than crutches!. If that doesn't work for you, ask your Dr!. about an ankle airwalker cast!. If all that fails, would it be possible to have someone come in to help you out for a few days!? Good Luck PS!. a sprain can takes weeks to heal!. Keep it iced several times a day for 25 minutes and elevate it as much as possible to help the healing process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
