I would wrap it with an ace bandage (or something of the like) and ice and elevate it!. You also might consider taking an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen to keep the swelling down and alleviate any pain!. In my experience, this has always worked well!. If in a couple days, it does not start to feel better you may want to schedule an appointment with your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, If you're in decent health and know what you're doing I wouldn't bother going to the doctor!. I've sprained my arm a couple times, just put a brace on it and I'm fine!.

I mean what are they going to do besides tell you to put a brace on it and take it easy for a while anyways!? Maybe a $50 x-ray!. Well, if saving money isn't a priority of yours go ahead, but I think you might be fine if you've experienced something like it before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should always go to the doctor if in doubt!.

A friend of mine broke her ankle the other week and she was walking around without a limp for a week before she had it xrayed!.

You never can tell without an xray!

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wrap it with medical bandage and tape it!. If it doesnt heal in a day or 2 more, get it checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a ankle support and rest itWww@Answer-Health@Com
