Question: Worsening knee pain when I do anything, even rest!.!?
My knee has hurt for the past couple of years with weather changes, it would swell up but with rest it would eventually go down!. Lately, it hurts all the time!. I can't bend it or keep it straight!. It is swelling up and becoming red sometimes!. I have tried ant-inflammatories and they do nothing to help!. I dont know what to do, I am young and I feel this shouldn't be happening to me because of my age!. I can't bend my knee, can barely walk and running or playing with my daughter is out of the question!. What do I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest that you see a doctor to get an MRI of your knee!. I have 2 friends that injured their knees and had to get arthroscopic knee surgery (short recovery time)!. Sometimes a bone will splinter or another part of the knee that's similar to a ball bearing will go bad!. Without an inside look into your knee, there's no way of knowing!.

If you are young, arthritis should not be a problem unless you have inherited Rheumatoid arthritis!. The first step is to see a doctor!.

Were you involved in an activity prior to these symptoms coming on such as running!? It sounds like something my daughter had called chondromalacia, which is degeneration of cartilage between the patella (knee Cap) and femur!. May want to see orthopedic doctor!. Until then try icing it and doing exercises to help strentghen the muscle around the knee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its time to get some xrays done on the knee don't leave it any longer!.
Is it possible you did some damage during sport!?!?!?!?
You may have done damage to your cartilage and that is fixable swelling tells you some thing is very wrong,I know pain knees can be very depressing and NO your not lazy!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
