Pain in the back of my head?!

Question: Pain in the back of my head!?

There's a sharp pain in the lower back of my head and the top of the back of my neck-- what might it be!? It hurts really bad and I feel like I'm gonna fall over!. Please help!

It is probably just a pulled muscle!. Use ice, heat, and compression!. There is a product called biofreeze that works awesome on pulled muscles!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
