Question: Im tired how do i wake up!?
i got 6 hours last night and ate about half an hour ago after revising for 2 and a half hours
now im tired

NO COFFEE!! I can't stress that enough!. You will become dependant on it, not to mention the negative health effects!. I have experianced really bad fatigue for a long time but just taken a multi-vitamin called Centrum (I live in Aus, so don't know where else this is available) and I feel so much better!. Best to get these vitamins and minerals from your diet though and not from a pill!. BUT NO COFFEE!. I am not a health nut and not all that healthy, but I am way better off from not using caffeine!. Go for a short brisk walk for a quick pick me up!. I do that and I am the laziest thing on the whole damn planet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

splash your face with cold water!!! and eat foods that have simple sugars in them like cereal also you should drink plenty of water to flush out any toxins etc!. eating raw food is pretty good too like uncooked carrots etc, because according to a health doctor called leslie kenton, it helps boost the immune system and is a superior fuel for the body, things like muesli will take a long time to break down so it will give you bigger amounts of energy!.

Get a cloth and put cold water on t and wipe you face and eyes with it, or even beter hold ice wrapped in kitchen towel on your eyes for 1 minute!. It wakes you up like hell:P

Also go for a light jog (remember to stretch first) This will get your heart pumping and wake you up:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

few things to do, make sure the room you are in is bright, so that senses you have no that its not 'sleep time'!. Second i would do something that involves using energy, do two or three laps around the house or 50 star jumps, get your blood pumping, and my personal favourite COFFEE COFFEE COFFEE, and sugar, and powerade!

Drink some coffee!. It won't help keep you up really, but it will give you a little more energy and make you a little more comfortable being awake!. You could try a shower!. Also, stay active!. If you stay still for too long you'll fall asleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do something to get your blood pumping if you can!. Jumping jacks work fine!. Stretching helps, also try taking small amounts of caffeine consistently!. If you get a chance to sleep for even 30 minutes it will be a big boost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a shower, wash your face, drink something with caffeine, and keep yourself going move as much as possible because when you sit down you're going to feel it againWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sit on a chair, close your eyes for 10 minutes!.After that take a cold water bath/shower!. Then, get a cold cup of strong coffee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
