Does anyone have a slow heart rate by nature??!
Question: Does anyone have a slow heart rate by nature!?!?
Answers:
Your intrinsic heart rate will become slower the fitter you are - your heart is a muscle and becomes more efficient, and larger the more you use it!. Essentially it has to do less work per beat in order to pump the same amount of blood!.
Olympic runners have a base rate around 40bpm, whereas the normal average is around 65!.
So yes some variation isn't a bad thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mine is about 60 bpm, but I do a lot of cardio and exercise so it's probably because of that and not genetic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
