I have a condition which requires me to see a neurologist. Are they all as?!

Question: I have a condition which requires me to see a neurologist!. Are they all as!?
void of personality and "above us all" or just the 3 I have had the pleasure of dealing with!? My new one, I really liked at first, but he isn't holding up to the time test!. I have to drive 90 minutes to see him and I feel that he thinks I am wasting his time, he cuts me short(5 or 6 minutes of his time for 150 bucks) Treats me like I'm stupid when he is the one that put me on the medication that makes me think slowly in the first place-which costs me 400$ per month by the way!. It is so frustrating!
Bottom line, how do you find the good apple in the bunch of sour ones!? Or is there one!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Also, if you have a gp, ask his nurses who they would recommend!. Dr's usually just blindly recommend other doctors that are on your insurance!. It's usually NOT a personal recommendation!. But if you ask a nurse, she'll give you more info!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many good caring ones!. The next time you see your neurologist ask him if he can recommend a good neurologist as you really want a doctor that does not treat you like a crock (word used by medical professionals), and will take the time to listen to you and help you!. If he says something tell him you are paying him an average of $30 a minute and you think for that kind of money you deserve better after all you are a human being!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I too have to see a neurologist!. I absolutely love my Dr!.!! What i do when picking a Dr!. I will do research to see what hospital he practices at, (if the hospital isn't reputable more than likely, neither is the Dr!.) what kind of insurance he takes, and most importantly I will call the Dr!. office and ask how long he has been in practice!. Sometimes it just takes a few bad times to find the good one!. Hang in there!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah they need to realize that they (the doctors) work for you!. Your paying them!. They tend to forget that!. I would just keep searching for another neurologist, until you find the right one, they one that realizes your the patient, and treats as such!.!.!.~Www@Answer-Health@Com

I never see a new physician unless I know and trust someone that has gone before me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
