I'm about to have surgery to fix a herniated disk!. I've tried physical therapy and it only made it worse!. I really need to get a job (my little one is starting school this fall and it's time I put my degree to good use) and I really need to get this fixed!. I'm in so much pain because the disk is rubbing on my sciatic nerve!. It's excruciating!. Anyway, if you have had the surgery or know someone who has had it, how long is the recovery time and how long is it before you really start to feel better!? The more details you can provide, the better!. I'm not afraid to have the surgery, I'm just need to know how long I will be down with it!. I have a 5 year old and need to arrange for someone to help me with him while I recover and I'd like an idea of how long I will need the help!. Thanks!

Back surgery is simpler than abdominal one and one is feeling better in a few hours as there is no soft muscles some to most people are walking the next day without pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
why don't you have an injection for your spine!? my mom had a spinal surgary and she regreted it, the pain was still there and sometimes she her back was arching if she started to walk after sitting for long time, sometimes the spinal surgary does not help, but when my mom was injected on her back she feels really better and the pain disappeared!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
