what you probably have is corporal tunnel syndrome!. it is a form of arthritis!. caused by repetitious hand movements!. go to the dr!. they can tell you what to do!. this can be very painful!. to much use of the hand and it causes the band inside the wrist to swell causing the pain!. surgery will fix the problem , but even after surgery eventually it ( the band ) will return!. mune did!. took 19 yrs!. no one told me that it would come back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It would be best if you could rest your hand!. If you can't completely rest it, try to limit the movement!. Wrap your hand if necessary to prevent from moving it too much!. To help with the pain right now, try a warm compress or heating pad and alternate with ice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
