Question: Recently started playing piano!. wrist hurts!.!.!.!?
yesterday i started playing piano but today i tried doing some more complex things, learning to play Crazy Train, and i guess my fingers and wrists now move in ways they didnt use to and because of that i feel some pain in my wrist muscles!. what can i do when this happens!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
