Vomiting.....got some in nasal cavity? Sounds gross?!

Question: Vomiting!.!.!.!.!.got some in nasal cavity!? Sounds gross!?

Hi,, my wife and I just ate some bad food and been vomiting!.!.!.!. The only question I have is!.!.!.!.I vomited pretty hard and some happened to come out through the nose!.!.!.and believe I got some in my nasal cavity!.!.!. I can breath fine,,,,nothing in my throat!.!.!. but after a couple of minutes some Vomit(not just liquid, some pieces of food) comes out of my nose!.!.!.!.

Very gross I know!.!.!.!. Should I do anything or just let it run its course!?
