Dizzyness and lack of energy?!
Question: Dizzyness and lack of energy!?
For the last month or so I have been having times of dizzyness, and a real lack of energy!. When I sleep I also sometimes have a feeling like im falling!.
I have seen a doctor but he has ruled out infection, and has done some blood work!.
Im wondering if these symptoms are physiological or mental, maybe panic attacks!? I have issues in the past with stress like this, but this somehow feels different, and its definately lasting alot longer, any idea!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately, such symptoms of dizziness and lack of energy are so widespread that finding the cause may take a while!.
It's good that your doc has done some blood work!. I would suggest getting an ANA titer and ANA test to see if it may be autoimmune!.
Hopefully the doc checked your thyroid (t4, t3, tsh)-- you need more than one thyroid test to really check!. Also, checking your iron (ferritin) level, b12, b6, and vitamin d are good things to do!. Just don't take any supplements for about a week before the test if you can!.
It could be an inner ear problem!. You will need to see an ENT (ear, nose and throat doc), as they do the special exams for the inner ears, and are the best doctors to talk to about dizziness sometimes (especially about your falling asleep feelings)!
This could very well be stress, anxiety, and/or depression!. Both dizziness and lack of energy are certainly symptoms of these, and I know from personal experience that anxiety can cause real and terrifying dizziness!. If docs rule anything physical out, you MUST work on stress reduction!. If not, uncontrolled stress leads to physical problems!.
Try looking into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy!. It's worked better than medicine for most people!
