Answers:
The area you point to is the area of the greater trochanter on the femur (thigh bone) and most likely what you are feeling is your iliotibial (IT) band getting pinched on that b/c its tight!. The IT band is a band of tissue that runs from the muscles in your butt down the side of your thigh and ends on the outside of your knee!. You should start with stretching of your outer hip and butt muscles for a couple of weeks and see if that helps!. If you find no relief from that then you should see an orthopedic doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have your hip bones do that could be normal!. A lot of people have the same problem!. I do!. That's just how your body was built!. Before you dance, make sure you stretch really good!. There are a couple of hip stretching exercise you can do!. That'll help with the pain!. If it really haurt, I suggest seeing a doctor!. There could possible be something wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is the pain you feel in the muscle or the joint itself!? If it's in the joints you could be developing arthritis!. And don't say you're too young because I'm 29 and I have arthritis in my hip, and knees!. You can reduce the amount the pain you have by doing some Lumbar exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you have pinched nervesWww@Answer-Health@Com
