Question: I need help with my middle splits !.!.pleaseeeee!?
ok so i practice my middle splits two times a day for about an hour in a half!.i stretch for a while too!. and i just started doing this about a week in a half and now its even harder for me to go down on the splits it hurts more!.!.is this good or bad am i doing something wrongWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably stretching too much!. Stretching is good!.!.Just don't do it too much otherwise you'll strain your muscles and they'll become sore!.
I'm sure you're fine, just, the muscles you've been constantly stretching are very sore!.!.Just give it a day or 2, and try to stretch for, say!.!.15 minutes instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
