Question: Not getting enough air!?
What could be causing shallow/incomplete breathing!?
What happens is I take a breath and cannot fill my lungs!. Sometimes yawning to get extra air works, but sometimes I cannot even complete the yawn because the breath stops!.
This does not usually seriously affect my daily activities, but at times can make me feel very tired!.
Does this happen to anyone else!? What is causing this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are either a hypochondriac or you need to have a doctor look at you!. This is an area where you cannot diagnos yourself!. A speacialists has the equipment to see if it is in your lungs, or your mind!.ppWww@Answer-Health@Com
