Thats not so bad i've had a layer torn off that I measured cuz it fascinated me so much- 6 1/2 inches long and it oozed orange stuff! Continue with what your doing and it'll be there for a while and dont pick the scab (as fun as it is) when it growsWww@Answer-Health@Com

It looks like it's healing well!. The red tissue is called granulation tissue and is composed of fibroblasts and capillaries!. It is clean and red (no puss or crusting)!. Leave it alone and keep it clean and dry, as you are doing!. Cleaning it 2 -3 times a day is good!. If it develops a crust or puss, then clean it with peroxide and a weak soap solution!. Continue to use the dressing that you have!. As for biking, that's up to you!. If it doesn't hurt too much, then go for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats a big cut, hmmm lets see I recommend trying to clean the cut up with some warm water!. Then try to put a bandaid on and wait till the blood hardens!. And then put some of that neosporin on the wound and then it will try to relax with out a bandaid and ths will take ya some time and eventually it will be good as new :) Please take care :'( and get well soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ouch nasty!.!.!.
It even worse now you have a 5 k run
try useing a antibacterical cream and an other cream to make it heal faster!. It's good your washing it regually!. Also try to use bandaids that are breathable and water proof!.
It looks its healling well!. Try to see if you can train but if it hurts you should stop
Good Luck in your run

Hmmmm it's not that bad! You should wash it with soap and water put neosporin on it 2 times per day and cover it with some type of bandage!. If it starts to look gooey go to your doc for antibiotics!. But it looks like it will heal on its own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OMG! liz that looks so bad, maybe try to help it by putting bandages on it and try to help it stay sterile!. idk wot else to say but i hope it heals soonWww@Answer-Health@Com

put polysporin on it to help it not get infected!.
I would let it air out whenever you can to help it scab over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A good month-maybe a month and a half!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
