If you started having pain due to another physical activity!. This could be muscle strain or more commonly a nee sprain!. If it is swollen and hurts to maneuver your nee around go to the E!.R!. So they can Xray it to make sure it is not something else!. But I would recommend still using the ice and elevating your nee!. And staying off of it for a while until you know what it is so you don't cause further damage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try motrin for inflamation!. Don't play softball with a knee injury!. Your knee you have forever, the game ends tonight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take motrin like 400mg (2, 200mg Tabs) every six hours after some food!.
