Insurance on Body Parts?!


Question: Insurance on Body Parts!?
I've heard of people getting there body parts insured before, but I'm curious, what does that exaclty mean!? I just read that an old dancer died and her studio had a 5 million dollar insurance on them!? Can anyone explain!? Thanks!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
