Question: Jumped in pool wrong way, and hurt my back! please help!!?
I was jumping in my pool onto a round tube and i landed, but i guess i turned on it the wrong way!. Now its killing me, and idk what happened! It hurts to sit a certain way!. and I can feel it all the time! Please Help! This has moved a little bit up my back on my left side!. This was done on Friday, by the way!.

Icy Hot Patch!. Lay on your back and if you have no work to do stay ther foR as long as you can!. I'm not a doctor but I bet if you rest your back you will stop hurting and maybe even heal yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
