Mosquitoe bites on hand...?!

idk if i spelt mosquitoes right but w!.e

anyway

i got 2 bites on my hand (near my knuckles)

and,,, they've become "bubble"s!? like the bites became a bubble (mayb puss filled)!. It's not huge, mayb like 1-2 mm in diameter!.

so my question is, any ideas on how I can get rid of them faster and ensure no scarring is left afterwards!?
