Question: Hurt my hand fighting!!! Need help!!?
Im 14 and some drunk grade 11 took a swing at me and since i am a boxer, i reacted quickly and fought back and won although during the fight i hit knuckle of my ring finger and its been swollen pretty badly since, and the knuckle looks like its pushed in and when i make a fist the knuckle isnt even poking out like it use to, the knuckle is basically beside my pinkie fingers now!. Also in the middle of my hand it is poking out!! Is it broken!? I really hope its not since it will mess up my boxing!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If its been 4 days and it still hurts what you have is a boxers fracture!. That is where you have broken your knuckle and it has twisted!. Get it wrapped!. and get to a doctor!. If not, you may lose partial functionality in that finger which is bad for us boxers!.

It probably is broken I would def, go get it checked, and def becareful fighting people if you are a skilled boxer, could be a lawsuit you know, It sounds as it was self defense, but just becareful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
rest it, and put some ice on it!. if it is still out of place and it is still bruised than i would go see a doctor!. and dont worry a broken finger isnt that serious, and you should be able to boxing in about 6 weeksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ummm It sounds to me that your finger just got sprained, or you broke a vein!. I would go to the doctor and ask him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
