Honestly it sounds like you may need your back adjusted by a chiropractor!. There is actually a place in the middle of your back that can cause shortness of breath and feelings of anxiety!. Also it sounds like your body may be tense because your jaw hurts!. I bet you are clinching your teeth and you don't even know it!. Hopefully a nice back adjustment will help to alleviate the tension you are feeling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know your looking for immediate answers, however, it would be best to go to a doctor!. Unless someone answers who is a Physician, we could all be taking guesses!. If this persists, call right away to be seen, it could be numerous things!. Hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

See your doctor ASAP!. At your age, it's very unlikely to be heart problems, but any chest pains should be investigated sooner rather than later!.

It's impossible to guess at an answer, so I would ignore posted diagnoses!. Just make an appointment to be seen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I echo what everyone else is saying!. Please see a doctor as soon as you possibly can as this sounds very disturbing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
