Question: Severe sinus pain - whats causing it!?
I have never felt like this before!.
Both nostrils are so severely stuffed even blowing my nose doesnt help me to breathe
I have a terrible sinus headache
My teeth are sore
My throat hurts
All of these symptoms hit me within an hour out of no where!.
My mucus is clear so its not an infection!.
My allergies always stop by the end of May!.
What can this be!?

A viral sinus infection!. Unfortunately antibiotics won't help and may make it worse in the future when your body resists them!.
Go out and buy a nettipot and saline solution and rinse out your nostrils with lukewarm water!. You'll be surprised at what will come out and you'll breathe better!. It's awkward at first, but you get used to it!. I use it every morning!. Gargle with salt water!. I also take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (with "the mother") try Bragg's brand apple cider vinegar!. It thins the mucous so it can drain better!. It doesn't taste good so you can add some honey to it, but it works very very well!. Sinusin may help you too!. It's an herbal sinus spray-non addictive-all natural!. I use it during allergy season!.
