Question: My legs wont stop hurting everytime I walk!.!.can someone help!?
I ran as fast as I can one day an ran all the way down the road to increase my speed, which was kind of stupid well after that day my legs started to hurt a little so I stretched them but still kind of ached!. But then it was the next day and my legs hurt worse, and everytime I walk it hurts in the thighs a little, and below that it really hurts!. Does anyone know whats wrong with me or have anyway to help this problem go away!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Awwww!.!.!. sorry u r n pain!.!.!. u prob!. tore a muscle possibly!?!?!? i d/k but try some over the counter medicines such as ibruprofen!. u need somthing that has an anti-infalmmatory drug in it because there is definately some inflamation present!
