Stretching....?!


Question: Stretching!.!.!.!.!?
I am going running today (as I am training for cross country) and i can't pull any muscles!.!.!.!. I need a website that will give me a list of streches to do every day to prevent injury!. there needs to be a stretch for every part of my body!.!.!. not just my legs!. thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
