Question: Muscles!? please help! best answer will be given!.!?
I have been going to a vball camp and then going to the gym after it everyday this week and have overdone it and pulled my upper back and shoulder muscles my abs and leg muscles as well!. they hurt like no other!. what can i do to make them feel better!.
i have been taking 2 advils but it doesnt seem to help!. i cant take anything other medcine that i dont have in my medicine cabinet cause i cant go to the store!. what can help it feel better!. thank you sooo much!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing to do is not to over work yourself!. Maybe put some ice on it, but don't over do it with the advil because if you keep taking it you could eventually become immune to it and then it won't when you try to take it!.!.!.!.try stretching some of your muscles out and rest a little and you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's too bad!. Check to see if you have any medicine that is anti-inflammatory such as aspirin or ibprofin this will help you move around and decrease pain!. Using Ice packs can help!. But the thing is you have to rest a refrain from doing anymore activity so no further damage is done!. This is due by to much physical activity!. The best thing to do is rest and lots of it muscles take time to heal!. Untill then I would recomend taking it allot easier!.

you just have to wait until your muscles have healed!. make sure you are eating enough protein because that will help, and stop going to the gym until you are feeling better but i guess the volleyball camp is something you have to go to and cant stop going to but if you can not go to that as well that would be better because you do need to give your muscles a rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can take 4 advil every 8 hours!. Take a hot, hot shower and then force yourself to do some light stretching, it will make this go away much faster!. If you alternate heat and ice you can relax the muscles and get the soothing feel of the heat without contributing to the inflamation!. If you can afford to this would be an excellant time to get an in home massage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a hot bath, wear a heating pad, one of those you can wear on you, if you can get out, or one you plug in!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
