I was shocked at work - should I seek medical help?!

Question: I was shocked at work - should I seek medical help!?
I was changing a light bulb, the lamp was evidently still plugged in and I must have touched where the bulb screwed in and there was an active current!. It was only a brief shock and didn't hurt, there are no burns, but my right arm (I touched with my left) has had a dull ache pretty much since then!. Should I go to the doctor about it or see if it wears off!? I filed an accident report at work just to be safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes you should definitely see a doctor!. Your employer needs to file a report and tell you what doctor to go see!. Since it happened at work, it is considered worker's comp!. Feel better!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

since you filed an accident report your employer should be requiring you to go to a doctor at their expense!. Be aware that workplace mishaps often result in drug testing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
