Question: Every time I wake up!.!.I catch a cold for an hour!?
its not all the time but lately its every day
when I wake up I catch a cold for an hour or so
after a couple of hours its gone!.!.
is there a reason or cause of this!?

Sounds like it could be allergies!. Stuffy nose,pressure in the head,or even runny nose and watering eyes!? Yeah that could be allergies!. Try taking a nighttime allergy medicine but if you are taking presciption meds please consult your doctor first!. If not ask your pharmacist they can recommend something!. It could be high pollen where you are or just your common allergies!. Lots of things can cause this and living in dry hot climate doesnt help!. I didnt start having allergies until this year and never had a problem before!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
That is just allergies acting up!. I take allergy medication at night, but it wears off by the time I wake up!. See a doctor so you can get tested for a possible treatment, (if severe)!. Or just try taking Benadryl, I usually mix that with my Allegra and it works very well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Ahhh I had the same problem, what it was for me was dust mites, some people are bothered by them much more severely than others, I got dust mites covers and was fine though!. :3Www@Answer-Health@Com
