my body aches all over my stoumach hurts and i have a slight fever of 99!.9 and now its 101!. i have a horrible headache and i am also nauseated ,

sounds like the flu!. If you see a doctor within the first 48 hours of the illness you can get tested for influenza and if it's positive they can start you on Tamiflu!. This doesn't cure anything but it helps you to get over it sooner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
could be just a flu or a gastroenteritis (an inflammation of the stomach and bowel, caused by viruses or bacteria)!. Go see you doctor at once for accurate diagnosis and prescription!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
