Apart from quit smoking, try to lose as much weight as possible!.!.!.what else!?!? should I take some pill, avoid some food!.!.!.!?!?!?

Sounds to me like you are looking for alternative answers and suggestions!.
Your local major health food store (Whole Foods, Clarke's Nutrition) are required by law to employ a professional nutritionist!. Talk to THOSE people and get their opinions!. I always call Blair at Whole Foods, in Monterey, CA!. She knows her stuff and is always happy to help!. If you can't find anyone locally, look them up in Google and give them a call!. I have an old Monterey phone book around here somewhere so if you can't find the number for some odd reason just email me and I'll track it and give you the number!.
