Question: I got hit playing basketball pretty hard, how do i know if I broke my nose!?
The collision was pretty hard, but no blood came out at the time!. It hurt pretty bad at first, but the pain went away pretty quick!. When we were done, I blew my nose and quite a bit of mucusy blood game out!. It didn't really bleed after that, but it's pretty sore between my nostrils!. How do I know if I broke it!?
My nose isn't crooked, and doesn't really look swollen as far as I can tell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that it was happened to me in january!. broke my nose twice in a year!.
The second time, during basketball!. I got hit and it felt weird, it was a little swollen but not that bad!. it turned out i just sifted it!. I would see a doctor just to make sure!.
*the surgery isn't that bad at all!. They put you to sleep!. And in about 45 mins you are done!. For both of mine, i thought the intial hit was much worse than the surgery!.
But you should just go and see a doctor just incase :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

for volleyball last year, my team was running suicides!. me and my friend both turned inward and we hit heads!. the back of my head hit her nose, and her nose was gushing blood instantly, and it was broken!.!.!.
from her nose being broken, it also gave her two black eyes!.
im gonna say that your nose probably isnt broken, but the only way to tell for sure is to get an xray!.
until you do that ice it down, and get in to see a doctor within the next few days if your still sore or worried about it!. they cant really do much for you thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

Soreness,Swelling, Double black eyes,and if really busted,couldn't blow-too much pain!.Bottom part is cartilage,only top portion is the bone and what breaks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
