Can blowing your nose to hard cause jaw pain?!

Question: Can blowing your nose to hard cause jaw pain!?

I have a bad cold and i'm constantly blowing my nose and nose the right side of my jaw hurts when I open it real wide!.
I THINK I grind my teeth in my sleep but it just appeared like a half hour ago when I was blowing my nose real hard!.
Should i just take some motrin!? Will my jaw be okay!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the pain you are feeling is sinus pressure!.!.!.can also make your ears hurt!.!.!.!.it is normal!.!.!.cold meds should help!.!.!.if you don't have any take the motric!.!.!.non drowsy sudafed works best to get rid of sinus congestion!.!.!.!.
