Question: I get really bad headaches and migranes!!!?
i have been getting really bad headaches and sometimes migranes over the last few days and i dont know any medicine that can help
i tried ibuprofen, neurofen, paracetamol and a couple of others but they are just not shifting it
these headaches and migranes have also caused my body temperature rise drastically and it has caused sleepless nights like last night

firstly have you been drinking enough water, you may be dehydrated!. and secondly with the medications it is important you take it regularly (4-6 hrly like it says) and you need to take it as soon as you feel the ache come on, it will not help if you take it in the middle of a bad headache so catch it early!. i get migraines alot and if i don't have panadol as soon as i feel it coming they can last days (literally) if this is new for you then i would advise seeing a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Excedrin Migraine works well for me - if youre a lightweight like me, (I'm around 105 lbs) taking two at a time might make you a little woozy though, so I recommend taking them on a full stomach or taking just one with coffee (caffeine helps!.!.it is in the excedrin migraine but taking more of it if you're not taking the second pill can help)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
