Of my bruises and cuts, by someone credible, along with a timestamp so i can use it as evidence, I've tried all the general practice doctors in the area, and they said they dont do thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry, but if you've just got some bruises and cuts, then you should take it like a man and accept that you lost a fight!. You should go to the gym or take boxing classes so that next time it happens, you'll be the guy that the loser wants to sue!.

Call the police and tell them you have injuries as a result of a fight!. They will send someone out to the house to make a report, which will include photos of every bump & bruise on your body!.
The same would happen if you went to the emergency room--they would probably call the police to make a report as well!.
On the flip side, you probably would want to do either if you started the fight!? I'm not accusing you of that, just to be clear!.!.!.but there is no case for you to sue anyone for anything if you caused the altercation & there is no report, and no proof that an assault actually happened!.
You can go to the E!.R!. for treatment, even if all they do is clean and bandage the wounds with broken skin!. An infection is the last thing you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you try asking a lawyer to help or maybe the police department!. They usually take pictures for you if you press charges and then you have a proper record of the incident!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
In most states for something like that you will need at least a police report, and when you file a police report for battery they will take pictures of all of your injuries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
