I want a tattoo but I don't know if I can handle it...?!
Question: I want a tattoo but I don't know if I can handle it!.!.!.!?
So I just lost my grandma this year and she was like my best friend!. I want to get the chineese symbols for grandma on my sholder and "miss you" under it!. But I was also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia earlier this year and it makes me hurt ten times worse than any normal person would!. So what feels like a pinch to you, would almost make me cry!. Getting out of bed is a chore for me some mornings b/c of some pain somewhere!. I know there is alot of people who don't believe in this dissorder and if you don't, please don't bother answering my question!. Thanks!. But I would like to know the honest truth!. Does it hurt!? What does it feel like!? What would it compare to!? Do you have any tips on how to relax!? choose what I want!? keeping my mind of the fact that I'm getting poled with needles!. Oh and I am very very affraid of needles even though I have alot of blood work done!. Thanks for helping!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I also have FM!. Honestly, we (FM sufferers) are so different from each other, only you know your pain tolerance!. I agree that you should wait awhile to 1) make sure you are 100% sure of a design you want for the rest of your life, 2) to take time to get to know your body with FM so you learn what you may be able to tolerate!. Tatoos do hurt!. I agree with the knife analogy!. And if you are scared and stressed you can send yourself into a flare!. Just take time before deciding!. You can always go get one done but it's much harder to get one removed if you change your mind or find another perfect one you wish you would have gotten!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I also have fibromyalgia, and I have tattoos!. yes, i does hurt more than it may to other people, but , if this is something you want to do to honor your grandmother!.!.!.grin and bear it!. Now, I'm not being funny!.!.!.!.!.bring a book, listen to music, don't think about exactly what they are doing!.!.!.!.( i also hate needles)!.!.!.!.cry!.!.!.(it's no sin)!.!.!.and do what you think is best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it doesnt hurt that bad, if you really want one go for it, especially if its something you know you want, the pain will only last a lil while , usually starts to get numb, then it depend where and how big the tatt will be, I say do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry for your loss!.!.!.!.!.A tattoo feels like a small sharp knife slicing your skin and hurts like hell!. Maybe you should wait!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The process itself is not that bad!. Do not chose an area on a bone such as hip bone, ankle etc!.
My biggest advice is pick a tattoo that you would like!.!.wait a year and if that picture, art works or wording is still what you want get it!. I have an open offer to my son when he can hold the same tattoo idea for a year with out wanting to change it I will buy his first tattoo!.
My second bit of advice!. Don't let anyone choose your tattoo for you!. It will be on YOUR body for life make it something you enjoy and are happy with!. Don't pick a spot that advertises your tattoo!. It makes them fade more the sun exposure and puts limits on you later!. jobs, partners, school and many others!. You can be turned down for having a inappropriate tattoo and it is not you who gets to say if it is inappropriate!.
Laser removal can be far more painful than the tattoo!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
