Question: In pain need help!?
Had tooth surgically removed, and the Vicoden is touching the pain!. Any tips for what else I can do to ease the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you can take tylenol mid way between doses of vicodin
cold compresses on your jaw heat will cause swelling
drink room temperature drinks
tomorrow the pain will be better

tea is the best thing it has antioxidants in it and they are a great healer!. avoid sodas the caffeine and carbonation may make the pain worse
take meds as prescribed too

Keep taking the Vicoden and apply Oil of cloves to the tooth socket frequently!. Everything you eat will taste like Oil of cloves, but it helps control the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take a couple ibuprofin along with the vicoden and put ice on the affected area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
