Sore fingers in the morning?!

I have nerve damage in my right arm!. I was electrocuted in December!. Most of the problems are gone though, and I can totally move my hand!. (a vast improvement)!. But lately my fingers have been sore and stiff in the morning when I wake up!. Its for both hands, so I don't know if I'm clenching my fists when I sleep, or if its related!. Sometimes I also wake up and my right hand is tingling, but that happens when awake too!. It doesn't bother me enough to get addicted to pills, so I'm good on that!. Just wonder if anyone had any ideas or suggestions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
