It could be as from the sounds of it you are constantly using your wrist!.

Do you evet get pins and needles or a numbness!? And what age are you if you don't mind me asking!?

**Edit**

If you are not experiencing any numbness or tingling and are only 16 then I'm 99% sure you don't have carpal tunnel syndrome!. :-)

You have probably just strained your wrist, take some painkillers if it gets bad and try to rest it!. If the pain persists and gets worse make an appointment to see your doctor!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Carpal Tunnel is more common than you think!. it sound like you may hay beginning stages!. you need to rest your hands as well as buying some wrist braces!. there are various hand exercises that you can do to alleviates the pain but it depends on the severity of your carpal tunnel!. I would recommend that you see a hand orthopedic as soon as possible to prevent surgery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No,
You dont have carpool tunnel!.!.!. I suggest just wearing a hand brace while your not using your computer (or even when you are if its not too uncomfortable)!.

give it a couple days, if it continues to hurt, go see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it definitely sounds possible, if it is carpal tunnel you have to have surgery to have it released!. i would go to the doc if the pain and numbness continues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
