I've got quite a big bruise just below my knee, so when I kneel it's uncomfortable!.
What can I do to make it go down!? I've tried putting some ice on it , but it hasn't seemed to do anything!.

Unfortunately there is nothing that will speed up the healing process!. Arnica will do no good at all, it has been so heavily advertised that everybody is now brainwashed into thinking it works - like vit C gets rid of a cold - oh no it doesn't!. There is a series of processes that your body has to go through to deal with and heal the bruise, there is little you can do to hurry it!. It may not be what you want to hear but I tell you this from 30 years of nursing experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You are doing the best thing by putting ice on it!.!.!.!.a bruise is caused by blood vessels breaking under the skin!.!.!.!.so you really just have to let it heal on its own!.!.!.!.!.there was an old wives tale of putting steak on it!.!.!.!.but I dont think that works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
