Headache???!

Schedule an appointment with a neurologist!.!. it could be a migraine that needs some special meds to get rid of!.!.!. I have suffered from migraines for most of my life and if i get one that last for more than 5 days i will need to be hospitalized and put on a special med!. through and IV drip!.!.!. once you get diagnosed by a specialist your doctor will know what to do to make you feel better fast! hope you feel better!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Place a cloth dipped in cold water on your forehead and lie down in a dark, cool and quiet room!. Take a pain reliever and go off to sleep!. When you wake up, your headache usually disappears!. Keep a record of what you eat and see if there is something that triggers off your headaches!. Avoid that item!. For some people, it is chocolate, for some it is smoking, bright lights etc!. As an alternative, if you aren't able to lie down, apply some Vicks, Tiger Balm or Axe Oil on your forehead!. It helps the pain fade away!. Your health is really important!. If you feel headachy, tell people not to disturb you and say you need rest!.

You probably have a migraine, dear!. You need to get off of the computer, and lay down in a dark, cool room!. Put a cold compress over your eyes, and drink something with caffine in it!. When I get migraines, I take Exedrine Migraine, and it always helps me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
