I agree with 'doc"!.!.!. I was thinking chostochondritis or some other form of intercostoal pain!.!.!.!.!.
I've had this several times!.!.!. it hurts like i dont know what!.!.!. it hurt to rub the area from the outside!.!. it hurts to breathe!.!.
ussualy comes from having bronchitis a lot, coughing a lot, or sometimes i tjust happens!.!.!.!.

Do you feel pain there when you breathe deeply!? You may have a rib out of place - this could be a result of any kind of physical activity!. I had a similar problem and sorted it out wonderfully with a chiroprachtic doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
