How can I get rid of my headaches?!
Question: How can I get rid of my headaches!?
I am constantly having this pain in the sides of my head!. It isn't a migraine though!. The pain is also in my upper jaw and by my ears!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Painkillers like tylenol or Advil or if you don't want to use meds try putting a cold pack on the back of your neck!. If cold makes it worse try a hot pack, gurantee one of the 2 will help!.

Do you shave your head!? or have you recently cut your hair!?
Might have an ingrown hair!.!. that can cause sense of a headache!.
i had that once!.!. didnt know what it was!.!.!. wasnt a headache!.!. because i took two tylenols and still had it!.!.!. a week in fact!.
Also it might be eye strain!.

It could be a condition called TMJ!. Look it up on a medical web site!. It's quite painful, but there are medications that you can take to ease the pain!. Check with your own doctor too!. There are simple tests to find out!. <*)))><Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink a tall glass of cold water and take a tylenol!. Try rubbing your jaw, it could be tension!. But water always helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
