Question: Do you take a sleeping pill each night!?
Do you take an over the couther or prscription sleeping pill each night to help you sleep!?
I take 2 Tylenol Pms each night to help me sleep!. But then again i work a 3rd shift job!. And trying to get to sleep when it is light outside is harder then when it is dark!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The pills you take only help so much!. You also need to eat properly and get a set sleep routine, even if you work the 3rd shift!. Try using an eye patch to help to block out the light!. Also, many people are snorers and they don't know it!. They wake themselves up in the night, but not enough to get fully awake!. So the next day they feel draggy and tired all day and they don't know why!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
