Is there anything wrong with using Epsom salts as a laxative?!


Question: Is there anything wrong with using Epsom salts as a laxative!?
I tried it once, and it liquified my poo, for about 2 days I was non stop going to the toilet, my friend swears by it, i told him that there must be negative side effects, can anyone please explain what effect epsom salts have on the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

so tell him/her to slow down on the use!. but it cant kill ya!. i just woundlnt recomend it who wants to have diarrhea all the time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you drink it mixed with something!? It says somewhere on the carton that it can be used for a laxitive, but I never tried that!. I always sprinkle it in the tub when I or a family member has bruises or aches and pains, it is supposed to help that as well!.
