Question: Dislocated knee!?!?!?help and going insane because of it!?
ok so at ballet on wed night i dislocated my knee cap now when i have no music and in a dark room my mind takes me back to what happened (its like a nightmare all over again)
and then i start to cry does anyone know why
this is my first very bad thing that has happened to me at ballet an i am 14
(and i still hear the crack of when my knee cap moved)

i know someone who had dislocated their knee cap but shes fine now!. Don't sit in a room in the dark its not kool! If your bored start playing games or play on the computer!. Try to invite friends over to have fun!. Just try and do things that dont make your mind wonder!. If your mind does start to wonder, think of happy thoughts or memories!.

So sorry to hear about your knee I think you will find that most ballerina's famous or otherwise sustain injuries on a pretty regular basis!. After all it is a discipline that is extremely demanding both mentally and physically!. So if you are wanting to pursue ballet better shape up and stop being quite so pathetic!. If that is the worse thing that happens to you in your life you may consider yourself fortunate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
