Why cant i sleep !!!!????!


Question: Why cant i sleep !!!!!?!?!?!?
im 15 nearly 16 ive left schhol and just finihsed my GCSE's im going on holiday in 3 weeks i'm not excited yet though

i've had lots of problems sleeping at night i can just sit in my bed not tired not sleepy just sitting there for 2 hours

1!. your going to bed too early
2!. your waking up too late so ur not tired at night
3!. your mind is still thinking about things when ur trying to sleep!. If this happens just try and think of nothing!. I just think of a black space
4!. have a hot bath (the heat will tire u out), herbal tea such as peppermint (horrible but something in it makes u sleepy) and then read a book or magazine in bed
5!. dont ever watch tv or go on computer when ur trying to sleep because this activates something in ur brain which makes u wide awake
6!. do excersise in the day
7!. if your worrying about anything, write it down b4 u go to sleep or write lists of what u need to do the next day!.
8!. take loads of deep breaths
9!. drinky a milky drink like horlicks
10!. dont eat anything just before u go to bed

Foods rich in Tryptophan will help induce natural sleep and aid in reducing anxiety and tension!.

Avoid caffeine for a few hours before bedtime too!.

Have a soothing cup of organic loose leaf chamomile tea ~ this could be the sleep remedy you need too?

The tea bag and commercial varieties of herbal teas such as chamomile tea could never be of any therapeutic value as they have had so much of the essential oils pulverised from them !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. only organic will do buddy ?

Also, try putting a few drops of pure essential lavender oil into a warm bath and soak in that for 15 minutes just before bedtime ~ the lavender oil is a great natural stress reliever and will relax you enormously!.

Don't use the lavender oil for pregnant or breast feeding women though!.

For more difficult insomnia, try 1mg of melatonin sublingually (dissolved under the tongue) 15 minutes before bedtime!.!.!.!.any good health food store will be able to provide you with all these things!.

Naturally resolving the problem will always be the best way !.!.!.!. :0)

At this age your hormones will be going crazy so that could be affecting your sleep!. Also, are you getting enough exercise!? Not tiring yourself out enough through the day and not using enough energy could stop you from feeling tired!. If you've just finished your GCSEs you might still be thinking too much about them!. Another reason could be if you have an irregular sleeping pattern!. Try going to bed and waking up at the same time each day!. I hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Because your mind is active!. Take a drop or two of coffee(without milk and sugar) put it in half a litre of water in a bottle shake it for five minutes, take two spoon full and drink it!. You will be sleeping like log!. Best wishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
