If you are asking this question in the perspective of dreams, you go wherever they might take you!. This could be anywhere on earth, space, or an undiscovered location in your inqusitive mind!. Our imagination is great, and it takes us to places we never wish we knew sometimes!. One day, I flew to space, and there was a monster roach behind my friends and I so we had to fly one of the gigantic ones back to earth, it was quite freaky!.
However, if you are asking this question in a literal sense, unless you are a sleep walker then you should stay in bed!.
Think about it though, if you are a sleep walker, you could be in two places all at once!. You could be in the kitchen eating pizza as you are asleep, and you could also be in the gym exercising in your dream!. Fortunately I stay where I am, and wander around in my head, free of space, or time - and I find a lot of joy, and a lot of lessons there (though sometimes painful)!. It takes practice, but I've been doing it since I was little and now I'm old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i think i stay in my bed!. I might not though!. My grandma takes this medicine that makes her sleep walk and go to the kitchen and start eating mozarella, then she gets it in the bed and blames my grandpa!. Now I know where those crumbs came from!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
