Question: Weird guitar RSI symptoms advice would be great!?
so i played guitar repeatedly for a lot of time and my hands (and wrists a little bit) started hurting!. this was nearly 3 weeks ago, and ive been resting my hands since then!. they hurt less now, and im trying not to use the computer much because typing hurts them!. but recently my hands have started feeling tight/ stiff whenever i open them or clench them!. whats this about!? are they healing slowly!? i dont notice much improvement day to day!. is there anything i can do to speed up the healing!?

Unfortunatly, since your hands are highly mobile, the healing process will take a bit longer!. Just sit out, try not to repeatedly use it for a while!. And next time do some stretches before you play! (yes there are hand and wrist stretches)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
